What is the Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment?
  • The Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment is an easy-to-use, web-based candidate benchmarking system customized to the BV industry. It utilizes the Profile XTTM product, currently in use at thousands of companies across the US. The Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment has been carefully crafted to provide you with valuable insight about your candidate.
  • Once your candidate has completed the online assessment, you will receive a Placement Report. The Placement Report identifies the candidate's behavioral traits, occupational interests and thinking style. It further indicates the extent to which the candidate is a fit for the position you are attempting to fill. Each Job Level benchmark used in the Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment is a composite profile of professionals who are performing successfully at that functional level.
  • In addition to the individualized candidate Placement Report, you will receive a telephone consultation to help you better understand the results and how to use them in your hiring decision.

How do I get started?

  1. Provide the candidate's name and gender, which are required for generating the Placement Report.
  2. Provide the candidate's email address so an invitation to complete the assessment can be sent. This invitation will include a link to the assessment website and a login and password for the candidate to use.
  3. Use the Job Level Descriptions provided to confirm the Job Level for which you are considering this candidate. Your choice of Job Level will dictate the "benchmark" used to create the individualized Placement Report.
  4. Select an expiration date for the assessment which meets the needs of your hiring process. The "expiration date" can be set for 7, 10, 15, or 20 days.
The candidate's email invitation will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

The cost of the Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment is $195 per candidate.
