What is the Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment?
- The Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment is an easy-to-use, web-based candidate benchmarking system customized to the BV industry. It utilizes the Profile XTTM product, currently in use at thousands of companies across the US. The Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment has been carefully crafted to provide you with valuable insight about your candidate.
- Once your candidate has completed the online assessment, you will receive two reports. The first is a Performance Model Comparison, which details the candidate's thinking style, behavioral traits and occupational interests, and discusses the degree to which those are a fit for your position. It also provides insight into the way this individual will need to be managed for maximum success. Each Performance Model (or benchmark) used in the Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment is a composite profile of professionals who are performing successfully at that functional level. The second report is an Interview Guide with customized questions that help you explore your candidate's fit more rigorously.
- In addition to these two reports, you will receive a telephone consultation to help you better understand the results and how to use them in your hiring decision.

- Provide the candidate's name and gender, which are required for generating the Performance Model Comparison and Interview Guide.
- Provide the candidate's email address so an invitation to complete the assessment can be sent. This invitation will include a link which automatically logs the candidate in to the assessment website.
- Use the Job Level Descriptions provided to confirm the Job Level for which you are considering this candidate. Your choice of Job Level will dictate the "benchmark" used to create the individualized Performance Model Comparison.
- Select an expiration date for the assessment which meets the needs of your hiring process. The "expiration date" can be set for 7, 10, 15, or 20 days.
The candidate's email invitation will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
The cost of the Borrowman Baker BV Candidate Assessment is $195 per candidate.
