Run the show so the seller can sell. Pick up the day-to-day of $3M+ in work at top-tier, highly profitable practice. Clients are small & mid-market private and high-growth VC/PE baked companies and funds in the U.S., UK, and Europe. Engagements predominate in 409a/ASC 718, intangible assets/complex IP, disputes, restricted stock, trusts & estates, family partnerships, PPAs and goodwill.

Firm has raised prices 40% in the last six months with no client loss. Realization is over 100%. Potential to triple revenue from insatiable demand coming in the door. If you can turn that demand into profit, it will come back to you in equity without selling dollar one of business.
