Is the worst behind us? I don't think anyone is that all-seeing. I do think there is a long line of BV professionals wishing it were so. We'll have to see.

Litigation work of all kinds continues to be a strong revenue source for many practices. We thought it might be interesting to talk to some of the most highly regarded expert witness pros, to see what makes them tick. When it comes to hiring, things are certainly different than they were a year ago. But, could the talent shortage return? We look closer at a new, online BV community taking shape at BV Warehouse. And, finally, a reminder that having more candidates to choose from doesn't mean you don't still need to mitigate the risk in hiring.

We want you to get more out of this newsletter than the time you put into reading it. We welcome your comments and suggestions for information that would be useful in your practice. Send us an email.
